The Dairy is a very pretty newly converted barn, in a very quiet situation, near to the farmer's beautiful farm house, near to Crimscote. It is surrounded by its own lawned garden, with views of the fields, downs and Ilmington Hills all around.

The Dairy is situated 5 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon and ½ mile from Crimscote.
The Dairy is full of character with beams and wooden floors an is furnished to the highest standard The accommodation is all on the ground floor level so ideal for the disabled.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric cooker etc. The beamed sitting room has a settee and chair grouped around the television and the fireplace, at one end is a dining area with table and chairs. The sitting room has an attractive galleried landing above. There are three prettily furnished bedrooms, which sleeps 5, all colour co-ordinated, one with a double bed plus ensuite shower, one with twin beds and an ensuite bath, and a single with en-suite shower. It is centrally heated throughout. There is plenty off road parking and a large garden.

Paradise Cottage is in a most romantic setting for 2, in a newly converted former Shepherd's Retreat, near to the farmers beautiful farm house, near to Crimscote. It is surrounded by its owned lawned garden, with views of the fields, downs and Ilmington Hills all around.

BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Price includes linen, towels, tea towels, electricity, central heating A deposit of 25% of the total price is payable on confirmation of booking; the balance of the monies is due for payment one month in advance of arrival.Any cancellation must be made in writing.  In the unfortunate circumstances of cancellation, deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the property. We would recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance.

How to Find Us:
From Stratford-upon-Avon (The North)
Take A3400 south from Stratford-upon-Avon towards Oxford. After approx. 4 miles from Stratford turn right for Wimpstone, go through Wimpstone 1½ mile after Wimpstone turn left for Crimscote. Crimscote Downs Farm is almost immediately on your right. From Oxford (The South)
Take A3400 north from Oxford towards Stratford-upon-Avon, through Shipston on Stour and Alderminster. About ½ mile from Alderminster turn left for Wimpstone, go through Wimpstone 1½ mile after Wimpstone turn left for Crimscote. Crimscote Downs Farm is almost immediately on your right. From Leicester (The East)
Follow the Fosse Way right through to the village of Halford, at the next roundabout turn right onto the A3400 - Stratford-upon-Avon drive through Newbold on Stour and Alderminster. About ½ mile from Alderminster turn left for Wimpstone, go through Wimpstone 1½ mile after Wimpstone turn left Crimscote. Crimscote Downs Farm is almost immediately on your right. From Cheltenham (The West)
Follow the A429 through Moreton in Marsh and for a further 5 miles, at the roundabout turn left onto A3400 -Stratford-upon-Avon drive through Newbold on Stour and Alderminster. About ½ mile from Alderminster turn left for Wimpstone, go through Wimpstone 1½ mile after Wimpstone turn left for Crimscote. Crimscote Downs Farm is almost immediately on your right.
